The company was founded in January 2004 by Alex Hewitt, a successful Scottish software engineer and entrepreneur. As a small business owner himself, Alex wanted to provide a standard of technical support that is often only available to larger organisations with larger IT budgets at their disposal.

 

We think we're different. Techxel has been built on the understanding that many SMEs are not getting enough from their IT, and often spend valuable business time maintaining their systems & IT networks. Our goal is simple - we want to enable our customers to focus on what they do best - manage their business, while we focus on what we do best - manage their IT.
